At our presentation competition, research, innovative projects and the latest findings are on stage!<\/h6>\n<p>You are a scientist or a founder and you are interested in learning or digital media in education? Then we are looking for you!<\/p>\n<p>In the course of the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.salz21.at\/de\/\">salz21<\/a> event, we are organizing a science slam with a focus on educational technology and education.<\/p>\n<h3>When and where<strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Thursday, 17.06.2021 at 4:15 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>EdTech Science Slam at the innovation festival <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.salz21.at\/de\/\">salz21<\/a> &#8211; Future on the River.<br \/>\nMessezentrum Salzburg<br \/>\nAm Messezentrum 1<br \/>\n5020 Salzburg<\/p>\n<h3>Science Slam &#8211; what is that?<\/h3>\n<p>At the Science Slam you get the chance to present your current innovative project or research in six minutes in a pointed, understandable and entertaining way. Without a beamer, but with creative aids (e.g. demo objects, extras, sound recordings to impressively convey complex content). Impressions at www.scienceslam.at<\/p>\n<p>After 6 minutes everyone should understand:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what you are dealing with<\/li>\n<li>why the topic fascinates you so much<\/li>\n<li>what could come out of it one day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the event, the audience votes on the content, comprehensibility and creativity of each presentation and chooses the slam champion.<\/p>\n<h3>Become an EdTech Science Slammer with professional support<\/h3>\n<p>Not sure if you can do it? Don&#8217;t worry, we will support you in becoming a Science Slam professional!<br \/>\nFor all selected Science Slammers, a preparation workshop with Science Slam founder Bernhard Weingartner will be offered on 07.06.2021 from 14.00 to 18.00 in Salzburg: First, there&#8217;ll be tips for convincing science communication.
